Your Travel Safety 

The safety and security of our guests and the Atrium Inn Vancouver team remains our number one priority. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the COVID-19, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities.

We have implemented the following processes at our hotel to protect our staff and guests during these times.

  • Our housekeeping staff have been equipped with Hospital Grade disinfectant to clean all guestrooms and common guest areas.
  • We have enlisted the help of Hygiene experts, Citron Hygiene, to professionally disinfect guest rooms as a precautionary measure
  • Citron Hygiene professionally disinfects Lobby area and elevators regularly
  • Sneeze Guards have been installed at the Front Desk
  • All hotel staff are required to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during their shifts
  • Hotel staff are practicing physical distancing measures
  • Hand Sanitizers are available in the lobby area
  • Citron Hygiene will also handle the disposal of PPE onsite, by providing a sealed unit which is serviced by technicians trained to handle bio-waste. The waste is taken offsite and incinerated creating clean energy which is put back on the grid.

To adapt we have had to modify or suspend services and amenities.  Currently we have suspended operations of: 

  • The PressBox Pub  
  • Service of Hot and Cold Buffet breakfast  - now offering Grab & Go continental breakfast
  • Shuttle Service 
  • Sauna 

Open facilities include:

  • Breakfast area for Grab & Go breakfast
  • Meeting rooms and event venues

Your Travel Flexibility 

We remain committed to offering you flexible booking options to give you peace of mind. 

For Existing ReservationsAll existing reservations - even those described as “nonrefundable” that are scheduled for arrival before August 31st, 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.   

If you need to modify reservations that were made with the hotel directly, or on our website, please contact the hotel directly at 604.254.1000. If you need to modify reservations made through another travel site such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Priceline or Agoda etc., please contact them directly for assistance. 

Many restaurants in and around the city of Vancouver have modified their menu’s for take-out options available at this time.
