What is the check in and check out time?

Is there a minimum age to stay at Atrium Inn?

The guest must be minimum age of 19 years old to check-in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. It is necessary to present Government issue photo ID and valid credit card in name of registered guest at check-in.

How can I request early check in and late check out?

If you are making a reservation through, after clicking on BOOK NOW button there are Other Service & Options on your left. Please select your request option.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

Yes. Small to medium sized dogs and cats are welcome. Maximum of 2 pets per room.

Pets allowed for an extra charge of CAD 35.00 per pet, per night plus tax. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Why does Atrium Inn Vancouver preauthorize my credit card?

Preauthorization is just a hold to guarantee your room. Credit Card is preauthorized by the hotel in advance of check in to ensure the validity of the credit card.  If the credit card is found to be invalid the hotel will attempt to contact the guest on the registration to secure a valid credit card.  If this can not be done the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation as it is deemed invalid at that time.

Do I need to bring my credit card?

A Credit Card in the name of the person checking in must be presented to check in. A preauthorization hold will be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out.  The hotel releases any unused portion immediately upon departure.  The card issuer may not release funds up to 72 hours from the date of check-out or longer.  This is at the discretion of your card issuer.

How much is the preauthorization?

The credit card is preauthorized for the duration of your stay (room and tax) plus CAD 50.00 as a security measure against future charges during your stay.

Does Atrium Inn supply a cot or crib?

Yes. Please contact the hotel at  1 604 254 1000 or by email [email protected] to book your cot or crib. Limited availability.

Cot: CAD 25.00 per night plus taxes

Crib: No charge

What is the hotel cancelation policy?

If you do not contact the hotel to cancel or modify your reservation by 4pm local hotel time the day before specified check-in date, you will be charged one night room and tax. Special conditions may apply based upon specific rate promotions which supersedes this general policy.  Examples of this may be prepaid non-refundable rate promotions or group rates.

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

What is the best way to get from the airport to the Atrium Inn?

There are 3 ways to get from Vancouver Airport (YVR) to Atrium Inn by taxi, car, or bus.

Car: Follow Grant McConachie Way E and SW Marine Dr to Main Street in Vancouver. Continue Main Street. Take E 33rd Ave and Nanaimo St to E Hastings Street. Turn left onto E Hastings Street. The time is around 30 minutes.

Taxi: There are taxis available in front of the YVR Airport, it takes around 30 minutes from there to the hotel.

Bus: You can take the Canada Line from the Airport (YVR) to Waterfront Station Canada Line, walk to Eastbound W Hastings Street @ Granville Street, take the R5, 16 or 14 bus to Eastbound E Hastings Street @ Renfrew Street, then walk to Atrium Inn Vancouver.

What is the cost of a taxi from airport?

The taxi from Vancouver Airport (YVR) to Atrium Inn Vancouver is approximately CAD$40-45.

Does the hotel have parking?

The Atrium Inn Vancouver offers free underground parking. Enjoy free parking for cars, vans, and small trucks. Please note that we have an underground height restriction of 6'4. 

Is there a pool at the Atrium Inn?

No. The hotel does not have pool.

Do you accept cash or debit as security/damage deposit upon check in?

The property accepts credit card at time of check-in.  You may decide to prepay room and tax by cash or debit upon check-in or switch payment at check-out to such.  This does not limit the need to provide a valid credit card at time of check-in to be authorized.

Note: we do not accept Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit or prepaid credit cards as forms to preauthorize.  They can be used to pay for room and tax, but they are not seen as a form of transaction that we can preauthorize, so they are not valid as only form of payment.

Do you offer shuttle service?

Yes. Book your ride at our front desk upon check in and enjoy complimentary transportation to Canada Place, one way.

Is there any breakfast at the Atrium Inn Vancouver?

Yes. The Atrium Inn Vancouver provides complimentary breakfast each morning of your stay.

Weekdays: 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Weekends: 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Which buses go by the hotel?

The buses are 16, 14 or R5.

How far are you from the Sky Train?

The hotel is located 15 minutes to the Skytrain by car or bus. The close stations are Renfrew, 29th Avenue and Waterfront.

Can I modify my reservation?

If you need to modify reservations on our website, you may do so via your confirmation email or by logging in to your account or alternatively by calling 1.888.428.7486.  If you spoke to an agent to make your reservation, please contact the hotel at 1.888.428.7486.
